Product Warranty Information

Our one-year warranty Replacement Coverage requires your dated proof of purchase.   

Replacement of all parts for manufacturing defects, such as parts not fitting together properly, or obvious flaws in the glass/nylon injection molding. 

Our product warranty does not cover damages caused by hook failure. Hook failure is ONLY caused by exceeding the weight limit of 50 lbs. Hook failure WILL ABSOLUTELY result if the weight limit exceeds 50 lbs. Hook failure may cause personal injury, damage to any hanging item, and damage to anything below (including furnishings and floorings). 

* Save a copy of your purchase receipt.

* Please carefully inspect all parts before installation.

* Do not exceed over 50 pounds or 22.68 kilograms.
