A Note from the Sales Department on Returning and Recycling.

Hi folks, Dave Hoggard from GlassLon Industries of E-Z Up Solutions.

Thank you for purchasing our products! I’m thrilled to tell you about GlassLon’s “Recycle Our Way” program, unique in the industry.

When purchasing any GlassLon Industries bike and e-bike hanger hooks, hub hooks, utility hooks or other products today, they last for years to come.

When the time comes and our product is no longer desired…instead of our product going to the landfill, we would rather have it back!

If it is years after purchase and your product is starting to look weathered… or it seems to be worn or damaged or broken:

Do NOT throw it away and Do NOT return the product to the store or vendor purchased from.

Whatever the reason if you're no longer happy… our recycle program may interest you.

Give us a call or send an email with your shipping address and return at our expense.

The GlassLon Industries parent company, E-Z Up Solutions will send a carrier to your house (or place of business) and pick up the items for recycling.

We will need only the GlassLon parts… the hub and the hook to be returned to us. Once received, these parts will be ground-up and put back through the manufacturing process, to be used again. Most of these new products usually go into new products for the medical industry.

For your kindness in recycling and in recycling with us, we are offering you another of our products at half of our retail price. You may choose any product from our website at half off retail prices using a coupon that you’ll get via email online or via US Mail. The dated coupon will be good for one year. That puts you back into a NEW one of our items that will have our full warranty on that product. It also has our replacement warranty and is also available for recycling later.
