One-year warranty Replacement coverage with dated proof of purchase covers manufacturing defects, such as parts not fitting together properly or flaws in the glass/nylon injection molding. *

Please carefully inspect all parts before installation. - Issues within the weight limit of 40 pounds and under.  

*Please note that the product warranty does not cover damages caused by hook failure. Hook failure is ONLY caused by exceeding the weight limit of 40 lbs. 

Failure WILL ABSOLUTELY result if the weight limit exceeds 40 lbs. Failure may cause damage to any hanging item and anything below, including floorings.
